Those stars against a property name are an internationally recognised symbol for quality accommodation standards, being used in more than 70 countries worldwide. An accommodation providers official star rating reflects the cleanliness, quality and condition of guest facilities.

Properties with an official four star rating consistently achieve a deluxe guest experience. The property offers guests a wide range of facilities and superior design qualities are typically complemented by service standards that reflect the varied and discerning needs of the guest.

We are proud to announce that the Quality Inn Carriage House has once again retained a four star rating. We attribute the high score to recent full room renovations; the impeccable cleaning of the housekeeping team; and the friendly, engaging staff who continue to be praised in guest reviews. Alisha says:

We are proud to see how the property updates have changed the guest experience. But we don’t loose sight that its also important to not forget the fundamentals of why we are in business. And what a guest wants, at the end of the day, is a clean, safe environment to rest at night. But a travel experience – no matter the how many bells and whistles you add – will never be great unless basic customer service is in order.
