2019 Gumi Race + Cork and Fork Festival

The South Wagga Apex Gumi Race is on again for 2019, and the action takes place on our back door!

The Gumi Race is a fun, family day where teams build a ‘gumi’ (a raft using only rubber tubes for flotation) and use paddle power to get themselves the seven kilometres downstream from Eunony Bridge to Wagga Beach.

Why not cheer on the teams from the banks of the Murrumbidgee River before enjoying the Cork and Fork Festival, a free open outdoor festival with local food and drinks, plus live music and entertainment for the kids!
