Position Vacant – Guest Service Agent

We are currently looking for an experienced and professional Guest Service Agent to help wow our guests and maintain smooth operations of the motel.

The position, reporting to the Motel owners entails but is not limited to the following:

  • Meet and greet guests and provide a memorable experience
  • Provide a personalised and professional Check-in and Check-out experience
  • Take phone calls and action requests and reservations in a timely manner
  • Enter guest reservations and actively upsell room types and Motel facilities
  • Action email and third-party website enquiries effectively and efficiently
  • Undertake accurate cashiering and balance transactions at shifts-end
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth running of daily activities
  • Undertake a variety of other tasks as set-out by motel management

  • An efficient and accurate manner in your work
  • Punctual and professional presentation
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • A willingness to learn other aspects of the motel
  • Posses a NSW RSA or ability to acquire
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a front office capacity is a distinct advantage

The role requires flexibility across weekdays, weekends and public holidays including morning, afternoon and evening shifts, however most weeks the hours/days will remain similar to help provide stability for your work/life balance. Hours will predominantly be 15-20 hours per week with the possibility of more hours for the right candidate.
